PiezoCAD is used worldwide by nearly all major ultrasound imaging manufacturers, as well as many non-destructive testing, sonar, and academic research organizations.

George W. Keilman, P.E.
President and Owner

Mr. Keilman is founder of Sonic Concepts, Inc., incorporating in 1986. To date, Mr. Keilman brings more than 27 years of ultrasound expertise in designing a wide variety of ultrasound transducers and systems. Mr. Keilman is responsible for the oversight of all management personnel of Sonic Concepts.

Mr. Keilman is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Acoustical Society of America and a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of Washington. He is an inventor on 18 issued US patents, 11 pending US patents, and corresponding issued and pending foreign patents.

Mr. Keilman has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
